Start Monthly Billing Actual Readings
Start of monthly billing with actual readings for remote reference marketing company customers.
Starting in February 2014, clients in the Reference Marketing Company who have a Remotely Managed Meter * installed that is fully operational to issue readings for consumption made, will begin to receive monthly bills with real readings, in accordance with Royal Decree 1718/December 28 2012.
This change in the billing period will be carried out progressively such that the Distribution Companies provide the information for these clients to the Marketing Companies.

This measure applies to customers in the Reference Marketing Company who have a Remotely Managed Meter with a fully operational remote reading system.

¿When will monthly billing begin with Endesa Energy, XXI?
Starting in February 2014, the Distributing Companies have begun to send Endesa Energía XXI information regarding customers who have a Remotely Managed Meter with operational remote reading in order to begin monthly billing using actual readings as indicated in Royal Decree 1718/28 December 2012. This change will be carried out progressively as the Distributing Companies provide Endesa Energy XXI with this information.
