OKLuz Business is Endesa's electrical maintenance service (electrical installation) and 24-hour repair service for small businesses.

You can pay OKLuz Business in easy instalments through your electricity bill with 50% off during the first year.

You have access to Endesa’s professional network, backed by rigorous quality controls, which, will repair any faults that occur, in addition to providing flexibility for booking the appointment. In addition, the number of repairs is unlimited.

This covers the technician’s travel and the first 3 hours of labour for each problem (the customer pays for any parts needed if it is necessary to repair the electrical installation or heater). In exceptional cases where the repair time exceeds 3 hours, we will provide a free quote first.

What is the annual check?

These are preventive inspections to check the status, safety and correct operation of your business’ electrical installation, in compliance with legal and technical regulations. At technical visit the following are done:

  • Check of all electrical installation components.
  • Necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of the installation and minimize electricity consumption and the number of breakdowns .
