FAQ
What are the advantages?
Hourly of consumption in the Tempo hours
The more your consumption times adhere to the Tempo hours, the more benefits you will enjoy with this tariff (business hours).Energy consumption scheduling minimises consumption, so dishwashers, electric boilers for hot domestic water, air conditioning systems, etc. should be programmed to coincide with the Tempo hours.
Reduce consumption outside business hours
Likewise, consumption outside of business hours should be reduced to a minimum; therefore it is particularly wise to check that lighting, heating, air-conditioning units, office equipment, etc. are not being used unnecessarily. If you have refrigerators working 24 hours per day, they should have the best energy rating possible to reduce consumption outside of Tempo hours.
What are the advantages of the Tempo Business Tariff?
The Tempo Business Tariff has been designed for your business, offering you discounts during peak hours, called Tempo Hours, because it adapts to the general consumption hours of a standard business. These discounts are applied to Endesa’s reference prices.
I do not have a digital meter, can I still contract the Tempo Tariff All Benefits?
You do not have to have a smart meter integrated into the system in order to sign up to the XXXX Tariff, however, if you want to enjoy all the benefits of this tariff we do recommend that you install one.
For registering you do need to have a 2.0DHA access tariff and a device capable ofreading during two periods. If you do not have one, we can carry out all the processes required to adapt your situation.
However, you should bear in mind that it is mandatory to change the meter for a digital one and if it has not already been changed, it will be changed soon (the deadline is 31 December 2018, but we are unaware of your distribution company’s schedule).
Activating the meter in any event has an associated cost of €9.04 + taxes.Endesa will carry out the complete installation and will assume the cost, so you will not have to pay anything.
