Signing up for Endesa Electricity and Gas is Very Straightforward. We show you step-by-step what to do. We also recommend the best rate based upon your needs, and the capacity that you ought to sign up for. We will take care of the entire process, without any additional costs and with no changes or interruptions to supply.

Remember that when signing up online for electricity and gas supplies, it is not necessary for you to send us your signed contracts. In order to authorize the contract we only need the IP, the date and the time the request was sent.

If during the sign up process you have doubts or you are missing information, you can save the contract request as an in-progress draft and access it later, to finalize contracting. You can recover the draft of your contracting form through the e-Zone in the section "My Drafts".

    In this step you should indicate the following information:

    • Supply point address:
    • Information for your electricity contract:
      • Name of current Marketing Company.
      • CUPS number for the supply contract.
      • The capacity that you need to sign up for.
      • You should indicate if you own a meter or not and if you are the title holder for the supply points.
    Gas
    • CUPS number for the supply contract.
    • Rate group
    • Annual consumption
    • You should indicate if you own a meter or not and if you are the title holder for the supply points.
    • Lastly, in order to apply the reduced tax you must accredit professional use.

  1. Payment Details

    Pay you bills using direct debit. You can associate your new contract with an already-registered bank account or you can create a new one. Once you've entered your payment information, we will show you a message and we will send you an email confirming that we've correctly received your sign up request. Using this message you can access the request details, along with finding out its status, through My Endesa.
