What market are you in?

Finding out is as easy as looking at the heading on the first page of your electricity bill.

If it says this, you are in the free market:

  • You can also access your private area (if you are not logged in, you will have to enter your username and password): if your product name (=contract) includes the letters PVPC (Voluntary Price for the Small Consumer) you are in the regulated market; if PVPC does not appear anywhere, you are in the free market.
