If my gas consumption is for industrial use, which tax will apply?
If your gas consumption is for industrial use, you can benefit from the reduced tax (€0.00054/kWh).
In order to benefit from the reduced tax you must provide the following documentation as soon as possible:
- Copy of the NIF/CIF of the contract title holder.
- Spanish Business Activities Tax (in Spanish, Impuesto de Actividades Económicas [IAE])
