Last Resort Reseller Companies will be known as Reference Reseller Companies to offer the Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (VPSC).
The Reference Reseller Company also offers:
- The Rate Subsidy.
- The rate for customers with contracted capacity above 10kW, without right to VPSC (deterrent rate).
- The VPSC with fixed annual price.
There are 7 Reference Reseller Companies. In the case of Endesa, the Reference Reseller Company is Endesa Energy XXI.
