Remember that when contracting your electricity and gas supplies online, it is not necessary for your to send us your signed contract. In order to authorize the contract we only need the IP, the date and the time the request was sent.
If during the contracting process you have any doubts or if any information is missing, you can save the contract request as an in-progress draft and access it at a later time to complete the contract. You can recover the draft of your contract through the e-Zone in the "My Drafts" section.

Pay you bills using direct debit. You can associate your new contract with an already-registered bank account or you can create a new one. Once you've entered your payment information, we will show you a message and we will send you an email confirming that we've correctly received your sign up request. Using this message you can access the request details, along with finding out its status, through My Endesa.
