The complaints can relate to:
- Customer service
- Management of the business cycle (contracts, billing, collections and readings)
- Subjects related to the operation of the Online Office, readings, e-bill, etc.
Where do I File My Claim?
If you are registered
We make Online Office available to you where you can quickly and easily file a claim.
If you are not yet registered
You can sign up for the Online Office here and report your disagreement from the complaint section.

How do I check the status of my claim?

If you file a complaint through our Online Office, we will give you a complaint reference number for you to perform a follow-up thereof.

If you file the complaint by e-mail, you will be given an application number, the e-mail entry date and the description of the complaint.
