What repairs are covered by the OKGas service?
All repairs, without service limitations, that may arise for the boiler/heater, as well as the associated heating system (hydraulic circuit and radiators), except in the case that improvement work is required (for example, changing the location of a device) or when components are hidden or easy access is not possible.
Assistance in under 3 hours, 24h a day, 365 days a year, with travel time and the first 3 hours of labour, free.
OKGas also includes the Legally Mandatory Periodic Inspection if your gas supply contract is with Endesa Energy.
The contract does not includes repairs of gas electrical appliances, or the stove or oven.
