Yes, you can choose the day of the month on which you would like your bill to be charged to your account (up to the 28th of each month, inclusive).
Furthermore, once you have chosen the day on which you wish the amount to be charged to your account, if you find that this is not convenient and you wish to change it, this can easily be changed.
