Who does the VPSC rate apply to?
- For customers with an electricity contract in Reference Marketing Companies.
- For customers with contracted capacity less than or equal to 10kW.
- For customers with the Rate Subsidy.
- For customers with contracted power over 10 kW (not entitled to LRT), who do not have a contract with a Marketing Company in Open Market.
- If you have an Open Market contract with Endesa Energía, you are not affected.
