What requirements do I need to meet to activate the electronic bill?

To use our electronic billing service all you need to do is be a registered user of Endesa's Online Office.

If you aren’t yet a registered user, you can activate the electronic billing service when you register. All we need to get you started is your personal identity information and your contract number.

If you are already registered, you can activate the electronic bill in the "Service Request" menu in Endesa's Online Office
