Customer Ombudsman

The customer ombudsman independently protects and defends the rights of customers in there relationship with Endesa.
 
The ombudsman is a figure created with the objective of offering customers and external spokespeople an additional route to make themselves heard.
 
Endesa is currently the only Spanish energy company to have such a figure.
 
What claims can be resolved through the customer ombudsman?
 
The Ombudsman attends to, as a means of last resort, customers who have filed a claim before the company's Customer Service Department, using the procedure defined by Endesa: My Endesa and Online Transactions and are not satisfied with the response received, or have not received a response within two months.
 
The mission of the Customer Ombudsman is to defend and protect the rights Endesa customers derive from their relationship with the company in the areas of electric energy distribution and sale and, in general, from the services provided by the company on the Spanish market.
