Where do the meters have to be installed?
According to the regulation, two meters have to be installed in the supply self-consumption unit:
- One that records the grid power consumption, which must be installed on the “Boundary point”.
- And another that records the net energy produced by the photovoltaic installation, which has to be installed at the beginning of the generation circuit.
However, the location of the meters shall be carried out pursuant to the regulations and instructions of the Electrical Distribution Company.
