Who does the billing per hour system affect?
Customers that:
- Have a smart meter installed integrated into the remote management systems.
- That have a contract with an Authorised Distributer, i.e., that have a Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (VPSC) or LRT (Last Resort Tariff) with Social Rate.
- And with a contracted power lower or equivalent to 10 kW.
