We explain you the bills step by step

Tue May 27 09:04:47 CEST 2014

This section will explain all the items and sections that appear on both your free and regulated market electricity and gas bills.

First you must find the type of bill for which you wish to obtain information. This may be an Endesa Energía (free market) electricity or gas bill or an Endesa Energía XXI (regulated market) bill. You will find this information below the Endesa logo on your bill.

Once you have identified it, you will find the following details outlined on your bill: Contract number, bill number, CUPS, consumption and amount to be paid.

First choose the bill you want to view in detail:

The advantages of a Free Market tariff at Endesa compared with a Regulated Market tariff (Authorised Distributer) are as follows:

  • Competitive and stable prices.
  • No minimum commitment period.
  • With the chance to contract additional services to complete your energy offer with maintenance or assistance services that enable you to keep your installation in perfect condition.
