Who can register for Online Office?

Endesa makes the Online Office available to all of its customers. At Endesa's Online Office, you can carry out all of the most frequent transactions for your contracts and bill, conveniently and from anywhere, 24 hours a day.

Why should I register for Online Office?

At the Endesa Online Office:
  • You will have all of the updated information regarding the contracts and bills for your Communities. 
 
  • You can make modifications to your Communities' contracts. 
 
  • You can enter meter readings.
 
 
  • You'll have access to the Customer Service area, where you can carry out all of your consultations, suggestions or claims.

Why should I sign up for the Online Office?

Being a registered user of our Online Office will allow you to carry out the most common transactions for the contracts and bills of your Communities of Home Owners, conveniently and from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What can I do through the Online Office?

At the Online Office, you can manage the energy supply contracts signed up for with Endesa for all of the Communities of Home Owners that you represent. 
 
From the Online Office you can:
  • Access and check information for all energy contracts managed. Check consumption, bills and contract details with the option of viewing historical information. 
  • Request common supply (1) contracting for the Communities of Home Owners in any rate and capacity. Add supplies for a Community of Home Owners already in your file, or add new Communities (2). 
  • Modify information for the contracts managed. Title holder, administrative or payment information. 
  • Manage bills and payments using your Property Manager code. Activate and cancel commercial accounts set up for grouped billing. 
  • Enter meter readings. 
  • Access the Customer Service area. To process consultations, suggestions or claims. 
  • And to enjoy the electronic billing service.
(1) New Property Managers can only managed Open Market contracts.
(2) In order to incorporate new Communities of Home Owners the Property Manager must complete the "declaration of responsibility" form and send the necessary documentation.

I'm already working with Endesa, what do I need to do to register for the Online Office?

Registering for the Online Office is very easy.  Fill out a simple form and start enjoying all the advantages:
  • You will have all of the updated information regarding the contracts and bills for your Communities.
  • You can make modifications to your Communities' contracts.
  • You can enter meter readings.
  • You can register for the electronic bill service.
  • You'll have access to the Customer Service area, where you can carry out all of your consultations, suggestions or claims.
If you want to manage or enter contracts for new Communities of Home Owners, you'll need to sent us the documentation for the new Community along with the completed form, signed by your client.
At the PMs Online Office, you can manage the energy supply contracts signed up for with Endesa for all of the Communities of Home Owners that you represent.

If I'm not currently working with Endesa as Property Manager, can I sign up for the Online Office and manage my Communities of Home Owners from there?

In order to sign up for the Online Office, you must register as an "authorized professional user" (link to FAQ: What is an authorized professional user?)
Once you are registered as an "authorized professional user" (link to FAQ: What is an authorized professional user?), you can manage the supplies for all of the Communities of Home Owners that you represent from the Online Office. You can:
  • Access and check information for all energy contracts managed. Check consumption, bills and contract details with the option of viewing historical information.
  • Request "communal" supply (1) contracting for the Communities of Home Owners in any rate and capacity. Add supplies for a Community of Home Owners already in your file, or add new Communities (2).
  • Modify information for the contracts managed. Title holder, administrative or payment information.
  • Manage bills and payments using your Property Manager code. Activate and cancel commercial accounts set up for grouped billing.
  • Enter meter readings.
  • Access the Customer Service area (link to Contact us). To process consultations, suggestions or claims.
  • And to enjoy the electronic billing service.

Why do you have to authorize me to manage the Communities of Home Owners through the Online Office?

This is a required first step to register your Property Manager profile with the Online Office. If you so wish, you can than add all of the contracts that you would like to manage from our Online Office.
Once your are authorized you can access and consult basic information for all of the energy contracts for your Community of Home Owners: consumption, bills, contract details, etc....

What is the "authorization or declaration of responsibility" form?

This is the document authorizing you as Property Manager to manage the entire contractual and service relationship from the Online Office, between your Communities of Home Owners and Endesa.
