What is the new billing per hour system?
It is a new billing system included in the Resolution of 2 June 2015, by the Secretary of State for Energy, pursuant to which you will be billed according to your electricity consumption per hour, with the prices being applied as established at that time by the energy market.
In order to be billed per hour you must have a contract with an Authorised Distributer, a smart meter integrated into the remote management systems and a contracted power of less than or equivalent to 10kW.
