How will I know if I am being billed for hourly consumptions?

Endesa Energía XXI – Authorised Distributer will send you a letter before issuing your first bill, informing you of the start of the billing by hour system.

Endesa Energía XXI – Endesa’s Reference Reseller Company will send you a letter with your first bill issued according to this billing system (zoom bill text).

Once you are being billed per hour, you will be able to see your real consumption (link to content How to check your consumption):

  • If you have activated the electronic billing system, on the email you receive informing you of the availability of your bill. If you have not activated this service yet, we recommend that you do so in order to start enjoying all the benefits it offers.
  • By accessing the registered area of My Endesa, on the My contracts tab and by clicking on the link View consumption. You can also check it from the My contracts and My bills tabs.
  • By accessing our App, where you will find a new section on the menu called My consumption, where you can check all the details.
  • From the homepage, via the module Manage your account in one minute on the Hourly consumption section.
