Does having VPSC mean that I will be billed per hour?
You will only be billed per hour if you have a smart meter installed integrated into the remote management systems and a contract with a Reference Reseller Company and a contracted power of less than or equivalent to 10kW.
If you do not have a smart meter installed yet or it is not integrated into the remote management systems, you will still be billed by applying the average consumer profile, created by the Spanish Transmission System based on consumer behaviour patterns.
