Furthermore, once you have chosen the day on which you wish the amount to be charged to your account, if you find that this is not convenient and you wish to change it, this can easily be changed.
As soon as you have accepted the Cuotadoce Plan, we will send one last bill in accordance with your current method of payment. From then on, we will start sending bills with this new service.
You can check your bank account for the amount being charged each month. We will notify you via SMS before charging the bill to your account. Likewise, every 2 months we will send you a bill with the real amount. If you are registered with the e-billing service, you will receive your bill via email and we will also send you a monthly summary of the amounts charged to your account.
No, with the Cuotadoce Plan your expense is distributed month by month, i.e. over 12 months.
If we detect that your real consumption is very high compared with the consumption used to estimate your fee, we will inform you.
After activating the service, we will review the fee every 12 months in order to detect possible deviations. If this is the case, Endesa will adjust the monthly fee in accordance with your real consumption for the following year. • You will be informed of this adjustment by email, SMS or post.
You can request this for your electricity and/or gas contracts.
Both items will be billed separately, therefore your electricity bill and/or your gas bill will be charged to your bank account and you can choose whether you would like them to both be charged on the same day. You will not, under any circumstance, see a single amount for the two bills charged to your account.
If you have a Maintenance Service associated to any of your electricity and/or gas contracts, the sum of this Service will be added to your Cuotadoce Plan monthly.
The difference between what you have really paid this year and what we have billed you for during this same period will be calculated and if you decide to continue with your Cuotadoce, Plan, we will reduce the next 12 monthly fees. This will enable you to benefit from a better monthly fee. We will notify you beforehand and await your confirmation. Furthermore, the difference will be directly credited to your bank account.
If you decide not to continue with this Plan and you want to return to your previous payment plan, we will still credit your bank account with the relevant amount.
The difference between the amounts charged to your bank (which you have already paid) and the amount we have billed you for, will be distributed over the monthly payments for the next 12 months. We will notify you beforehand and await your confirmation regarding this new fee.
If you decide not to continue with your Cuotadoce Plan and you wish to return to your previous payment plan, the outstanding amount will be charged to your bank account.
Yes, if you change tariff, power or any other consumption patterns, Endesa will have to recalculate your Cuotadoce Plan and you will be informed in writing either by email, SMS or post.
In order to cancel the Cuotadoce Plan and return to you normal method of payment, you can do so from My Endesa / My Contracts, by selecting the contract and clicking on the Deactivate Fixed Fee button. You can also call 800 76 09 09.
You can do so at any point without any early termination fee. After requesting the cancellation, we will carry out an adjustment and debit or credit your bank account (as applicable) for the difference between the amount paid every month and the total amount we have included in your bills.
